At Madiha Gohar, every order goes through quality checks before dispatch, and we want you to love what you receive. If something isn't right, our 7-day easy return & exchange policy has you covered.

1. Delivery

Free delivery nationwide across Pakistan.
Cash on Delivery (COD) available. You can open and check your parcel before paying the rider.
Available articles: delivered within 5–7 working days across Pakistan and 15–25 working days for international orders.
Urgent orders: orders paid in advance via bank transfer are prioritised and delivered on an urgent basis where possible.
Customised / pre-order articles: require 15–20 working days for delivery and a 50% advance payment to begin processing.

2. 7-Day Easy Return & Exchange

You can return or exchange your order within 7 days of delivery.
Exchange for a different size or a different article (subject to availability).
Articles must be unused, unwashed and returned with their original tags and packaging.
Customised or made-to-order articles cannot be returned or exchanged.

3. How to Request a Return or Exchange

4. Damaged or Incorrect Articles

If you receive a damaged, defective or wrong article, contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos and we'll arrange a replacement, exchange or refund.

5. Colour & Fabric Disclaimer

Colours may vary slightly due to screen settings, lighting and fabric texture. A minor size variation of up to 1 inch is possible due to the nature of the fabric and tailoring.
