At Madiha Gohar, we take pride in creating high-quality designs crafted with precision and care. Each order goes through multiple quality checks before dispatch. However, if you receive a defective or incorrect item, we’re here to assist you with our simple exchange process.

1. Delivery Timelines

  • Luxury Pret & Formal Wear:
    Delivery within 3 weeks in Pakistan and 4 weeks for international orders.

  • All Other Categories (Ready-to-Wear, Casual, Co-ords, Unstitched):
    Delivery within 5–7 working days across Pakistan and 15–25 days for international shipping.

Delivery timelines for each product are also mentioned on their respective product pages.

2. Return Policy

We currently do not offer returns once an order has been confirmed or delivered, except in the case of a verified manufacturing defect approved by our quality team.

3. Exchange Policy

Eligibility

  • Exchanges are only accepted in case of:

    • Defective or damaged products, or

    • Incorrect size or wrong item received.

  • Requests must be made within 3 days of delivery.

  • Product must be unused, with tags, packaging, and original invoice attached.

  • Items purchased on sale, discount, or promotion are not eligible for exchange.

Ready-to-Wear

  • Ready-to-wear dresses can only be exchanged if wrong size or defective.

  • No return policy applies to ready-to-wear items.

Process

  1. Contact us within 3 days of receiving your parcel.

  2. Provide your order number and clear photos of the defect or issue.

  3. Once approved, you’ll be offered an exchange for a product of equal value (subject to availability).

  4. Return courier charges are borne by the customer unless the item is confirmed defective.

4. Color & Fabric Disclaimer

Product colors may slightly vary due to different screen resolutions, lighting, and fabric textures. Exchanges cannot be processed for color variation.

5. Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom-stitched or made-to-order designs

  • Sale and discounted items

  • Accessories and promotional articles

6. Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged or incorrect article, contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. After review, we will arrange an exchange or refund (if applicable).
