1. Delivery Timelines

Delivery within 5–7 working days across Pakistan and 15–25 working days for international orders.Urgent Orders:
Orders paid in advance via bank transfer are prioritized and delivered on an urgent basis where possible.Customized / Pre-Order Articles:
Orders for customized items or out-of-stock pre-order articles require 15–20 working days for delivery.Advance Payment:
All customized orders require a 50% advance payment to begin processing.

2. Return Policy
We currently do not offer returns once an order has been confirmed or delivered, except in the case of a verified manufacturing defect approved by our quality team.
3. Exchange Policy

Product must be unused, with tags, packaging, and original invoice attached.

Ready-to-wear dresses can only be exchanged if wrong size or defective.

4. Color & Fabric Disclaimer
Product colors may slightly vary due to different screen resolutions, lighting, and fabric textures. Exchanges cannot be processed for color variation.
