We allow order cancellations within 12 hours of placement.
Once your order has been processed or shipped, cancellation will no longer be possible, and our 7-day Return & Exchange Policy will apply instead.

2. How to Cancel an Order

Suspicious or fraudulent transaction activity

In such cases, customers will be notified immediately via email or WhatsApp, and a full refund will be issued for any advance payment.

4. Refund Timeline

For approved cancellations, refunds are processed within 7–10 working days. Refund duration may vary depending on the customer's bank or payment gateway.
